Fashion Week

I upcycled this t-shirt. It had a stain on it.
I covered the stain with a necktie that has never been worn by DRL.
I happened to ruin it in the wash, but it was fun while it lasted.

  1. A couple of comments:
    1. I like that you are embracing your Texas home with your footwear.
    2. Your upcycled dress look great! Even better on than on the hanger.
    3. how are the short upcycled? Were they pants?
    4. I think that it is interesting that in any given week you repeat an article of clothing and then we may not see it for a week or 2.
    5. The switch to the white tee that day- excellent choice. That is a very nice outfit.
    6. You look older. Not like old older- like more sophisticated older. You are looking good.
    7. Except in your lounge clothes. You look like you are going to paint. Or like you are in flashdance. :)

  2. my favorite outfit this week is the floral shirt/shorts/green-sweater-you-love/belt outfit. I love layers.
I also dig the ruffled skirt w/ navy (?) striped shirt. i bought a skirt not unlike that on clearance at Anthro today- in chartreuse. i had plans to wear it with a navy striped shirt... thanks for the assurance that it will look cute!
Last- I am envious of the mirror you use for these photos. It looks so big and full length!
