There are many things
I desire
when it comes to photography equipment.
An expodisk.
A remote shutter release.
A D700.
A 50mm 1.2 lens
(I'm still waiting for Nikon to actually make one)
An 85mm 1.4
A 60mm Macro lens.
Yes...
a Macro lens.
So I can take close up photos
of plants
insects
water.
I mean
really
close up.
Then I read this tutorial
over at MCP Actions
(host of my Project 52).
I thought I'd give it a try
(Sans tripod and speedlight).
I used my 50mm 1.4
set it at f4
with a shutter speed of 1/60.
These are my results:
I'm not over the moon
about these photos.
But I think they're good
for a first try.
Learning is fun.
Cheers,
A
