Namaste

I do yoga now.
Twice a week.

It hurts my hips.
And back.
And legs.

And I like the way it hurts.
I crave it.

I am crazy.

  1. the hips are the best. fer sure. The first time I did a handstand- I couldn't stop. I came home from class and did hand stands all day long. I felt like a kid again. I love yoga too.(but that doesn't mean I do it often enough... )
